Abstract

La economía colaborativa es el nuevo modelo de negocio, estructurado en cuatro partes; consumo, educación, finanzas y producción. En relación al primero se encuentra el alojamiento colaborativo. Permite que se desarrollen nuevas formas de viajar y de acceder a alojamientos, gracias al cambio experimentado en la mentalidad de la sociedad, donde cobra mayor importancia poder acceder a los bienes, no poseerlos. El patrón de acceso al alojamiento colaborativo con base en el intercambio entre pares, peer-to-peer, está compuesto por anfitriones, consumidores y en el caso de que existan intermediarios que los pongan en contacto, plataformas P2P. El objetivo es establecer un perfil sobre el viajero colaborador, con las motivaciones push y pull que llevan al visitante a adquirir los servicios de alojamiento colaborativo, analizando su perfil en la provincia concreta de León. En el desarrollo del marco teórico se utilizan fuentes secundarias y en el trabajo de investigación fuentes primarias, cualitativas, con la encuesta y cuantitativas para el análisis de datos, utilizando diferentes técnicas estadísticas: Alfa de Cronbach, Análisis Factorial de Componentes Principales, Análisis Clúster y tablas de contingencia. Con los resultados obtenidos, se diferencian dos segmentos; los turistas colaboradores expertos y principiantes, cada uno de ellos con un conocimiento y grado de implicación diferenciado sobre las motivaciones push y pull.
