Medidas fiscales frente a catástrofes en España: análisis jurídico-tributario

Abstract

[EN] This Final Degree Project analyses the tax measures used by the public authorities in Spain in the event of natural disasters such as floods, volcanic eruptions, global health crises. It will study the tools used by the different state administrations - both state and regional regulations - to reduce the impact on both individuals and legal entities through the use of exemptions, bonuses, deferrals, among others. This study will be carried out with the evaluation of real cases that have occurred in recent years.
