Abstract

En la actualidad los rasgos de la política inmigratoria giran en torno a cuatro características: estabilización; restricción de nuevas entradas; movimientos intra-comunitarios e incorporación de la inmigración de paises del Este. Ante situaciones de inseguridad y precariedad algunos extranjeros utilizan el matrimonio para eludir las normas de extranjeria y evitar la expulsión o conseguir un permiso de residencia e incluso para obtener más facilmente la nacionalidad del Estado receptor
