Abstract

[ES] Scrapworld es un claro ejemplo de posicionamiento de marca a través de un evento, este reúne moda, música, aprendizaje y vivencias únicas. Su visión pionera y la creación de experiencias inmersivas ha causado que para aquellos que lo conocen sea una necesidad el acudir, siendo a su vez, punto de encuentro para los amantes del estilo streetwear. Así, el objetivo de este trabajo se centra en analizar el alcance y posicionamiento de la marca de moda ScrapWorld a través de la realización de sus eventos y la peculiaridad del formato. Además, se hace un estudio de mercado analizando la percepción del cliente sobre la moda streetwear, los eventos en el sector y la apreciación tanto de la marca como de su evento. Los resultados aportan un análisis de las estrategias de marketing empleadas en diferentes eventos moda, junto con la percepción por parte de los consumidores y el impacto que ello conlleva en la promoción y posicionamiento y evidencian entre otras cosas que la realización de un evento con el mismo nombre que la marca puede ser una gran estrategia de posicionamiento en el mercado.

[EN] Scrapworld is a clear example of brand positioning through an event that brings together fashion, music, learning, and unique experiences. Its pioneering vision and the creation of immersive experiences have made it a must-attend for those who know about it, serving as a meeting point for streetwear style enthusiasts. Thus, the objective of this work focuses on analyzing the reach and positioning of the ScrapWorld fashion brand through the execution of its events and the uniqueness of its format. Additionally, a market study is conducted to analyze customer perceptions of streetwear fashion, events in the sector, and the appreciation of both the brand and its event. The results provide an analysis of the marketing strategies employed in various fashion events, along with consumer perceptions and the impact this has on promotion and positioning. Among other findings, they highlight that organizing an event with the same name as the brand can be a great positioning strategy in the market.
