Abstract

[ES] Proyecto educativo destinado al cálculo y diseño de una nave industrial dedicada a la realización de labores productivas logísticas, todas ellas en el entorno del sector textil. La nave se encontrará ubicada dentro del polígono industrial de Onzonilla, en León, España. Primeramente, se realiza un estudio sobre las necesidades que dicha nave está destinada a cubrir, para así poder adecuar estas al diseño de la estructura. Habiendo realizado el paso anterior, se procede a diseñar la estructura y comprobar que con los materiales, la nave cumpla con los requisitos establecidos por la normativa actual en lo referente a edificación. Además, se dota a la nave de unas ciertas instalaciones, mediante las cuales se habilitan los espacios para su correcta habitabilidad y salubridad. Las instalaciones con las que cuenta el presente documento son: cálculo estructural, red de fontanería y ACS, red de evacuación de aguas residuales y pluviales, climatización para calefacción y refrigeración, iluminación, y abastecimiento de electricidad. Dicho cálculo ha sido elaborado con la herramienta CYPE Ingenieros, en su versión campus, a través de sus distintos apartados, nos permite la realización de dicho ejercicio. La principal normativa para seguir es el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE), la cual en sus distintos documentos básicos establecen los requisitos mínimos para cumplir y garantizar unas buenas condiciones de habitabilidad y seguridad en la utilización. Además, se han seguido distintos reales decretos, que forman parte de la normativa, todos ellos están citados en los correspondientes apartados del documento.

[EN] Educational project aimed at the calculation and design of an industrial warehouse dedicated to carrying out productive logistics tasks, all within the textile sector environment. The warehouse will be located within the industrial estate of Onzonilla, in León, Spain. Firstly, a study is carried out on the needs that the warehouse is intended to cover, in order to adapt them to the design of the structure. Having completed the previous step, the structure is designed and verified to ensure that it meets the requirements established by current regulations regarding building construction materials. In addition, certain facilities are provided in the warehouse to enable proper habitability and sanitation. The facilities included in this document are: structural calculation, plumbing and hot water supply network, wastewater and stormwater evacuation network, heating and cooling system, lighting, and electricity supply. The aforementioned calculation has been developed using the CYPE Ingenieros tool, specifically the campus version, in its different sections, which allows us to carry out the exercise. The main regulation to follow is the Technical Building Code (CTE), which, in its different basic documents, establishes the minimum requirements to ensure good conditions of habitability and safety in use. In addition, various royal decrees, which are part of the regulations, have been followed, and they are all cited in the corresponding sections of the document.
