[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo es describir los supuestos y las características básicas que definen el comportamiento del individuo en la corriente económica dominante, exponer los principales problemas que presenta este modelo y confrontarlo con la visión del ser humano contenida en el enfoque institucionalista y postkeynesiano. Aunque ciertamente existen algunas disparidades dentro de este último, es posible establecer los rasgos básicos de un modelo de conducta de los seres humanos que encajan dentro del mismo. Para facilitar la exposición, se aborda el estudio del comportamiento de los individuos estructurándolo en tres procesos: la motivación, la percepción y el conocimiento del entorno y, por último, el proceso de razonamiento y toma de decisiones. Además, se analiza también la influencia del aprendizaje y de las relaciones de poder en la conducta de los individuos.
[EN] The aim of this work is to describe the assumptions and basic characteristics that define the behavior of the individual in the current economic dominance, exposing the main problems that presents this model and confront with the vision of human beings contained in the approach institutionalist and postkeynesiano. Although there are certainly some disparities within the latter, it is possible to establish the basic features of a pattern of behavior of human beings that fit within the same. To facilitate the exhibition, addresses the study of the behavior of individuals hycos in three processes: the motivation, the perception and the knowledge of the environment and, finally, the process of reasoning and decision-making. In addition, also analyzes the influence of learning and power relations in the conduct of individuals.
