Abstract

[ES] El trabajo consiste en la elaboración del proyecto de ejecución de una nave cuya actividad principal sea la práctica de un deporte en auge como es el pádel. Se realizará este proyecto intentando optimizar al máximo los recursos para sacar un máximo rendimiento a la explotación de la nave y poder obtener los máximos beneficios futuros para la empresa que explote la nave. En este proyecto se realizarán todos los cálculos necesarios, tanto para la estructura como para la cimentación. Además, llevaremos a cabo el cálculo de las instalaciones auxiliares necesarias, como son la instalación de agua y agua caliente sanitaria, de evacuación de aguas pluviales y residuales, iluminación, eléctrica y protección contra incendios. Este proyecto se realizará en la ciudad de León, en el barrio de la Palomera. Tendrá una superficie de 2280 metros cuadrados, con una luz de 30 metros y una longitud de 76 metros. La altura de los pilares será de 8 metros mientras que el punto más alto de la cubierta a dos aguas estará a metros de altura. Con lo que la cubierta tendrá una pendiente del 13.33%.
