Abertis, análisis de actividades operativas y financieras

Abstract

Este trabajo estudia el modelo de negocio de Abertis, su estructura y su estrategia (análisis de las cinco fuerzas de Porter, y análisis DAFO). A continuación, se descompone la rentabilidad sobre fondos propios primero por la metodología clásica de DuPont, para estudiar la evolución de margen, rotación y apalancamiento; y después por la novedosa metodología de Penman, que requiere una separación de actividades operativas y financieras para llegar a ratios más explicativos del origen de la rentabilidad de la empresa. Finalmente, se hace un seguimiento de la acción en bolsa a lo largo de los últimos años, sin olvidar la política de dividendos, tratando de encontrar respuestas en los anteriores análisis a la estabilidad de la empresa en el mercado en época de crisis.
