[ES] Este documento tiene como objetivo, realizar el trabajo de fin de grado para terminar los estudios de grado en Ingeniería Mecánica, en la Universidad de León. Se trata de una explotación ganadera bovino-lechera, de la cual se realizarán cálculos estructurales de la nave principal de estabulación y planos de la explotación completa, incluyendo sala de ordeño y lechería, con la ayuda de herramientas como AutoCAD y CYPE INGENIEROS en su versión educativa. Las dimensiones de la nave principal son 66 x 40 m, dividiéndose internamente como se puede apreciar en los planos de distribución en cuatro zonas: zona de estabulación en cubículos, pasillo de alimentación, almacénhenil y sala de partos. Directamente anexa a la nave encontramos el estercolero, de 40 x 10 m donde se recoge el purín que las arrobaderas desplazan por la nave. Está localizada en el término municipal de Villasabariego (León), concretamente en la población de Villacontilde, perfectamente alejada del núcleo urbano cumpliendo en todo momento con las normativas vigentes. En la memoria encontraremos una descripción detallada de todas las características necesarias en relación con el entorno, que completarán la nave de estabulación y datos de partida para las zonas anexas de lechería y sala de ordeño. Se incluirá un breve resumen sobre el desarrollo de la actividad ganadera en forma de anexo, puesto que uno de los objetivos de este trabajo, es visibilizar la situación y condiciones que este tipo de explotaciones conlleva, siendo considerablemente importantes las ayudas y subvenciones que se les facilita a los jóvenes agricultores. No es un proyecto de ejecución completo, puesto que no contiene anexo de instalaciones eléctricas, fontanería, etc. Sin embargo, en la memoria, se hace referencia a la evacuación de aguas, dando una aproximación sobre canalizaciones, bajantes y saneamiento de fecales. Finalmente se han desarrollado las mediciones y el presupuesto basados en los planos y en los datos constructivos con la herramienta de CYPE, Arquímedes, que facilita la elaboración de esta parte gracias al generador de precios y al sistema de partidas.

[EN] The objective of this document is to carry out the final degree project to complete the degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of León. It is a cattle-dairy farm, from which structural calculations of the main stabling warehouse and plans of the complete farm, including the milking room and dairy, will be carried out with the help of tools such as AutoCAD and CYPE INGENIEROS in their educational version. The dimensions of the main hall are 66 x 40 m, internally divided as can be seen in the distribution plans into four areas: stabling area in cubicles, feeding corridor, warehouse-hayloft and cattle delivery room.
