Abstract

[ES] La precariedad laboral es un fenómeno que afecta a nuestro país, situación que viene motivada por varios factores entre los que se encuentra la inestabilidad laboral, incertidumbre de futuro, condiciones que no permiten la autonomía plena, dependencia y la frustración en la formación ante la inadecuación entre la formación y la ocupación, entre otros. Los colectivos que más están sufriendo este problema son los jóvenes y las mujeres, los primeros son los que se incorporan a este nuevo mercado laboral, ya las nuevas condiciones, como la flexibilización de los contratos, bajos salarios, condiciones de temporalidad, etc. El segundo colectivo, las mujeres, se concentran en el sector servicios, en el sector privado, caracterizado por alta temporalidad y parcialidad. Este fenómeno impacta sobre la salud de las personas trabajadoras que cuyo origen se encuentra en las prácticas empresariales de gestión de mano de obre y en la organización del trabajo y no en factores “individuales”. A su vez, se plantean unas medidas de lucha contra la precariedad laboral a raíz de la reforma laboral 2021 del Gobierno Español.
