Disseny d'un sistema de seguretat electrònic a un edifici d'oficines

Abstract

Una important empresa multinacional vol actualitzar els seus sistemes de seguretat electrònics de la seva seu central. En aquest edifici d'oficines, la seguretat que es va preveure a la seva construcció ha quedat obsoleta. Per aquest motiu, el present projecte constarà de propostes de disseny d'un nou i modern sistema de seguretat electrònic per aquest edifici d'oficines. Es presentarà el nivell de seguretat electrònic per divisions (intrusió, control d'accessos, detecció d'incendi i videovigilància) que existeix actualment i les problemàtiques amb les quals s'enfronta l'operativa diària de l'edifici. Es presentaran les disfuncions del servei actual i quines són les peticions de la directiva de l'empresa per millorar-lo. D'igual manera, per divisió es presentarà la solució proposada que resolgui la problemàtica actual, que s'ajusti a la normativa corresponent i que permeti millorar la seguretat de l'edifici i la qualitat del servei ofert. La millora proposada passarà no tan sols per la modernització dels sistemes, sinó per l'optimització de l'estructura de comunicacions de l'edifici al deixar de dependre el màxim possible de sistemes cablejats susceptibles de degradació al sistema de videovigilància, detecció perimetral i al control d'accessos.

Una importante empresa multinacional quiere actualizar sus sistemas de seguridad electrónicos de su sede central. En este edificio de oficinas, la seguridad ha quedado obsoleta. Por este motivo, el presente proyecto constará de propuestas de diseño de un nuevo y moderno sistema de seguridad electrónico para este edificio de oficinas. Se presentará el nivel de seguridad electrónico para divisiones (intrusión, control de accesos, detección de incendio y videovigilancia) que existe actualmente y las problemáticas con las que se enfrenta la operativa diaria del edificio. Se presentarán las disfunciones del servicio actual y cuáles son las peticiones de la directiva de la empresa para mejorarlo. De igual manera, por división se presentará la solución propuesta que resuelva la problemática actual, que se ajuste a la normativa correspondiente y que permita mejorar la seguridad del edificio y la calidad del servicio ofrecido. La mejora propuesta pasará no sólo por la modernización de los sistemas, sino por la optimización de la estructura de comunicaciones del edificio al dejar de depender el máximo posible de sistemas cableados susceptibles de degradación en el sistema de videovigilancia, detección perimetral y al control de accesos.

A major multinational company will update their electronic security systems of his central offices. The security of this office building that was think in the date of edification has been so obsolete. In that way, the present project will consist of proposals of design proposals for a new and modern system of electronic security of this office building. It will present the level of electronic security by division (intrusion, access control, fire detection and video surveillance) that currently exists and the daily problems that the security operative has. It will present the disfunctions of the current service and which are the petitions of the directive enterprise to improve the service. In the same way, it will present the proposed solution that solved the current problem by division, which depends on the corresponding regulations that allow for the safety of the building and the quality of the service offered. The improve plan proposed will go far away of the modernization of the systems, it will be an optimization of the building communications structure and be less dependent of wired devices systems susceptible of degradation in the video surveillance, perimeter detection and the access control system.
