Abstract

Se ha realizado el desarrollo del diseño de una web por una empresa dedicada a los servicios a las personas de su ciudad. El principal objetivo de esta empresa con esta web es acercar información de la organización a todos los trabajadores. Se ha pensado que lo mejor es centrar el diseño en aquello que el usuario quiere y por eso se ha escogido la técnica del "diseño centrado en el usuario". En primer lugar se ha utilizado unas encuestas basadas en la web de TRUMP para identificar a los diferentes usuarios que nos podemos encontrar. Con la técnica de "focus group" se han identificado las tareas principales que se tienen que recoger en el diseño y con la técnica de "card sorting" se han escogido unos posibles escenarios de trabajo en la web. Con esta información se han realizado unos flujos de iteración que dan respuesta a tareas y escenarios y un prototipo de diseño usable para todos los tipos de usuario.

S¿ha realitzat el desenvolupament del disseny d¿una web per una empresa dedicada als serveis a les persones de la seva ciutat. El principal objectiu d¿aquesta empresa amb aquesta web és apropar informació de l¿organització a tots els treballadors. S¿ha pensat que el millor es centrar el disseny en allò que l¿usuari vol i per això s¿ha triat la tècnica del ¿Disseny centrat en l¿usuari¿. En primer lloc s¿ha utilitzat unes enquestes basades en la web de TRUMP per identificar els diferents usuaris que ens podem trobar. Amb la tècnica de ¿focus group¿ s¿han identificat les tasques principals que s¿han de recollir en el disseny i amb la tècnica de ¿card sorting¿ s¿han triat uns possibles escenaris de treball en la web. Amb aquesta informació s¿han realitzat uns fluxos d¿iteració que donen resposta a tasques i escenaris i un prototipus de disseny usable per a tots els tipus d¿usuari.

The design of a web has been developed for a company devoted to services for the people in their city. The main objective of this company with this web is to bring information about the organization to all the workers. It was decided that the best approach is to focus design on what users want and, for this reason; they chose the technique of ¿design focused on the user¿. First, surveys from the TRUMP web were used to identify the different users we may come across. Using the ¿focus group¿ technique, the main tasks to be included in the design were identified, and with the ¿card sorting¿ technique possible work scenarios in the web were selected. With this information iteration flows were carried out that provide solutions for tasks and scenarios and a design prototype usable by all types of users.
