Abstract

En este trabajo se propone agrupar en un plan de comunicación las acciones de comunicación sobre las novedades en movilidad en la ciudad, impulsadas por el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, así como también destacar la labor de un nuevo plan de difusión que permita informar a los ciudadanos millennials y centennials. La educación de las nuevas generaciones es siempre la esperanza del desarrollo de la sociedad hacia un entorno más sostenible. Aquí se propone ir más allá del mensaje y los contenidos, para hacer hincapié en la manera de difundir lo que se quiere decir, y asegurar que se llega al ciudadano más joven a través de sus propios canales.

En aquest treball es proposa agrupar en un pla de comunicació les accions de comunicació sobre les novetats en mobilitat a la ciutat, impulsades per l'Ajuntament de Barcelona, així com també destacar la tasca d'un nou pla de difusió que permeti informar als ciutadans millennials i centennials. L'educació de les noves generacions és sempre l'esperança del desenvolupament de la societat cap a un entorn més sostenible. Aquí es proposa anar més enllà del missatge i els continguts, per fer incís en la manera de difondre el que es vol dir, i assegurar que s'arriba al ciutadà més jove a través dels seus propis canals.

In this project, the proposal is to group together in a communication plan the actions regarding the updates in town's mobility, driven by the City Council of Barcelona, as well as highlighting the reason of a new dissemination plan to inform millennial and centennial citizens. New generations' education is always considered as the hope of a society's development towards a more sustainable environment. The purpose of this report is to go beyond the message and the contents, to make a difference in the way of announcing what is meant, by ensuring to reach the youngest citizen.
