Abstract

La gestión de un proyecto tiene un peso relevante en el éxito del mismo, pero curiosamente es una de las tareas que es se descuida. En la actualidad, han aparecido varias metodologías ágiles que demuestran como una correcta gestión de proyectos aporta numerosas mejoras. En este proyecto se quiere estudiar las principales metodologías ágiles, con el objetivo de ver qué de ellas es la que se adapta mejor para gestionar los proyectos de la unidad de desarrollo del departamento de TI de un organismo público, donde además, parte de su desarrollo se encuentra externalizado.

La gestió d'un projecte té un pes rellevant en l'èxit del mateix, però curiosament és una de les tasques que és es descuida. En l'actualitat, han aparegut diverses metodologies àgils que demostren com una correcta gestió de projectes aporta nombroses millores. En aquest projecte es vol estudiar les principals metodologies àgils, amb l'objectiu de veure quina d'elles és la que s'adapta millor per gestionar els projectes de la unitat de desenvolupament del departament de TI d'un organisme públic, on a més a més, part del seu desenvolupament es troba externalitzat.

The management of a project has a significant weight in its success, but curiously it is one of the tasks that is most neglected. Currently, several agile methodologies have appeared that show how successful project management brings many improvements. In this project we want to study the main agile methodologies, in order to see which of them is the one that best adapts to manage the projects of the development unit of the IT department of a public company, where part of his development is outsourced.
