El suicidio como accidente de trabajo

Authors: Rodríguez Crespo, Lara;

El suicidio como accidente de trabajo

Abstract

With this work I intend to analyze from a legal and jurisprudential perspective the link between the employment relationship and psychosocial diseases caused by stress or mental burden in the workplace that lead to suicide after situations of depression, anxiety, mobbing or burnt out. All this under the prism of the elements offered by society to prevent the development of a professional activity becomes a reason for personal degradation transformed into psychosocial diseases.
