Bioequivalencias: análisis estadístico del ibuprofeno.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present what bioequivalence is, what statistical and bioinformatic tools are used to carry out these studies and, in turn, to check the bioequivalence between two previously described drugs. Bioequivalence studies are currently of great importance because, according to European Union and United States regulations, generic drugs must be bioequivalent to those of reference to be able to go on the market as such.
