El desenvolupament del Govern Obert en els municipis Catalans

Abstract

Este trabajo es un estudio sobre la implementación del Gobierno Abierto en les instituciones municipales catalanas. En este trabajo se analizan los diferentes factores que limitan o impulsan el desarrollo de este nuevo paradigma de governanza en la administración municipal Catalana.

This study deals with the implementation of Open government in Catalan municipal institutions. As this study unfolds, it analyses the different factors that restrain or enhance the development of this new paradigm of Governance in the Catalan municipal administrations.

Estudi sobre la implementació del Govern Obert en les institucions municipals catalanes. En aquest treball s'analitzen els diferents factors que limiten o impulsen el desenvolupament d'aquest nou paradigma de Governança a l'administració municipal Catalana.
