Nutrición y salud en la dieta vegana

Abstract

En la actualidad se observa un interés creciente por la alimentación, por la nutrición y la salud en general. Es innegable que existe una clara relación entre la alimentación y la salud y nuestra sociedad está tomando conciencia de ello. Cada vez más estudios científicos demuestran los beneficios que una dieta rica en productos de origen vegetal tiene sobre la salud. Las empresas del sector agroalimentario se han hecho eco de este interés y están ofreciendo productos de origen exclusivamente vegetal. Este trabajo es una revisión bibliográfica para analizar si es posible el equilibrio en una dieta vegana y su posible repercusión en la salud y el medioambiente con el fin de tener acceso a una dieta vegana, evitando la carencia de nutrientes.

En l'actualitat s'observa un interès creixent per l'alimentació, per la nutrició i la salut en general. És innegable que hi ha una clara relació entre l'alimentació i la salut i la nostra societat està prenent consciència. Cada vegada més estudis científics demostren els beneficis que una dieta rica en productes d'origen vegetal té sobre la salut. Les empreses del sector agroalimentari s'han fet ressò d'aquest interès i estan oferint productes d'origen exclusivament vegetal. Aquest treball és una revisió bibliogràfica per analitzar si és possible l'equilibri en una dieta vegana i la seva possible repercussió en la salut i el medi ambient per tal de tenir accés a una dieta vegana, evitant la manca de nutrients.

There is an increasing interest in food, nutrition and health in general. It is undeniable that there is a clear relationship between food and health and our society is becoming aware of it. Increasingly scientific studies show the benefits that a diet rich in plant products has on health. Companies in the agri-food sector have echoed this interest and are offering products of exclusively vegetable origin. This work is a bibliographical review to analyze if possible the balance in a vegan diet and its possible repercussion in the health and the environment in order to have access to a vegan diet, avoiding the lack of nutrients.
