Abstract

Este trabajo consiste en una compilación de la normativa fiscal sobre la economía del conocimiento en los países de Canadá, Suiza, Estados Unidos de América, Países Bajos, Bélgica, España, Reino Unido, Alemania, Francia e Italia. También se analiza la armonización europea y de la OCDE en esta materia. Las jurisdicciones analizadas suman aproximadamente el 50% del PIB mundial.

Aquest treball consisteix en una compilació de la normativa fiscal sobre l'economia del coneixement als països de Canadà, Suïssa, Estats Units d'Amèrica, Països Baixos, Bèlgica, Espanya, Regne Unit, Alemanya, França i Itàlia. També s'analitza l'harmonització europea i de l'OCDE en aquesta matèria. Les jurisdiccions analitzades sumen aproximadament el 50% del PIB mundial.

This work consists of a compilation of fiscal regulations on the knowledge economy in the countries of Canada, Switzerland, the United States of America, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Italy. It also analyzes European and OECD harmonization in this area. The jurisdictions analyzed account for approximately 50% of world GDP.
