This paper aims to disclose the difficulties posed by the introduction of the new methods of payment in Spain, in order to qualify the new unlawful behaviours these systems allow according with the Spanish Criminal Code.
El presente trabajo pretende exponer las dificultades que plantea la introducción en España de nuevos medios de pago, en relación con la tipificación penal de las nuevas conductas ilícitas que éstos permiten.
El present treball pretén exposar les dificultats que planteja la introducció a Espanya de nous mitjans de pagament, en relació amb la tipificació penal de les noves conductes il·lícites que aquests permeten.
