Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar la situación actual de una empresa del sector TIC, para lo que se tomará como ejemplo una empresa de servicios de CPD supuesta y se comparará con el mercado actual real. Con este objeto se seguirán las especificaciones de elaboración de un plan de márketing, siendo éste el resultado final del trabajo. Para ello se desarrollarán en el plan los pasos a seguir para evolucionar hacia una empresa prestataria de servicios de tecnología de la información de manera global, dando así valor añadido al producto principal (suelo técnico) y diferenciándola con respecto a sus competidores en este nuevo campo en el que se pretende penetrar.

L'objectiu d'aquest projecte és analitzar la situació actual d'una empresa del sector TIC, per això es prendrà com a exemple una empresa de serveis de CPD suposada i es compararà amb el mercat actual real. Amb aquest objectiu es seguiran les especificacions d'elaboració d'un pla de màrqueting, sent aquest el resultat final del treball. Per això es desenvoluparan en el pla els passos a seguir per evolucionar cap a una empresa prestatària de serveis de tecnologia de la informació de manera global, donant així valor afegit al producte principal (terra tècnic) i diferenciant-la respecte als seus competidors en aquest nou camp en el qual es pretén penetrar.

The objective of this project is to analyze the current situation of a company in the ICT sector, for which we will take as an example a service company alleged DC and compare with the actual current market. For this purpose we follow the specifications of developing a marketing plan, which is the end result of the work. To do this we will develop in the plan the steps to evolve into a service company that provides information technology globally thus giving added value to the main product (accommodation in the data center). Differentiating with respect to its competitors in this new field that aims to penetrate.
