Abstract

Lluerna es un plan de empresa social desarrollado como trabajo de final del ciclo de estudios de MBA por parte de alumnos de la especialidad de emprendimiento social y del executive MBA de la UOC. Como resultado de esta colaboración, el plan combina técnicas clásicas de escuela de negocios con enfoques más innovadores propios del emprendimiento social, centrando la actividad de la empresa en el impacto social y no solo en la rentabilidad económica. Así, este plan de negocio constituye un ejemplo de la posibilidad de crear empresas con beneficios pero con un objetivo social, en este caso, la electrificación rural en Bolivia.

Lluerna és un pla d'empresa social desenvolupat com a treball final del cicle d'estudis de MBA per part d'alumnes de l'especialitat d'emprenedoria social i d'executive MBA de la UOC. Com a resultat d'aquesta col·laboració, el pla combina tècniques clàssiques d'escola de negocis amb enfocaments més innovadors propis de l'emprenedoria social, centrant l'activitat de l'empresa en l'impacte social i no només en la rendibilitat econòmica. Així, aquest pla de negoci constitueix un exemple de la possibilitat de crear empreses amb beneficis però amb un objectiu social, en aquest cas, l'electrificació rural a Bolívia.

Lluerna is a business plan developed by students of MBA Social Entrepreneurship and Executive MBA degrees from UOC. This work combines classical techniques from business schools with a more innovative approach related to impact-centered businesses instead of profit-centered. This business plan demonstrates that it is possible to run a sustainable company with a social objective; in this case, the electrification of rural areas in Bolivia.
