L’estat actual de la qualitat en els serveis bibliotecaris universitaris: anàlisi i perspectives

Abstract

Aquest treball de final de màster analitza la trajectòria i l’estat actual de la qualitat en els serveis bibliotecaris universitaris a Catalunya i a Espanya. A partir de l’estudi de la Guia d’Avaluació dels Serveis Bibliotecaris d’AQU Catalunya (2006) i dels Plans Estratègics de REBIUN (2003–2027), s’explora com aquests instruments han orientat l’avaluació i la gestió de la qualitat bibliotecària al llarg del temps. Mitjançant una anàlisi documental comparativa de les 12 universitats catalanes i les 11 universitats espanyoles millor valorades al rànquing U-Ranking 2024, s’identifiquen les tendències actuals i les mancances en la implantació dels sistemes de gestió de la qualitat (SGQ). Els resultats mostren una aplicació desigual i una escassa presència d’aquests serveis en els processos d’acreditació institucional. El treball conclou amb una reflexió sobre la necessitat de reforçar el paper estratègic de les biblioteques universitàries com a agents clau per a la qualitat educativa i la recerca.
