Memòria de la Sindicatura de Greuges. Curs 2023-2024

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to publicize and report on the activities carried out by the Sindicatura de Greuges during academic year 2023/2024 based on a set of indicators: the number of complaints and enquiries received, the categories of complainants, the number of decisions and recommendations issued by the Sindicatura de Greuges, and the institutional activity of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya

El propósito de esta memoria es hacer difusión y explicar la actividad desarrollada por la Sindicatura durante el curso académico 2023-2024, a través de un conjunto de indicadores: el número de quejas y consultas recibidas, la tipología de las personas promotoras, el número de resoluciones y recomendaciones emitidas por la Sindicatura y la actividad institucional de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

El propòsit d’aquesta memòria és fer difusió i explicar l’activitat desenvolupada per la Sindicatura durant el curs acadèmic 2023-2024, a través d’un conjunt d’indicadors: el nombre de queixes i consultes rebudes, la tipologia de les persones promotores, el nombre de resolucions i recomanacions emeses per la Sindicatura i l’activitat institucional de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya
