El acceso a la vivienda para personas migrantes en la ciudad de Bérgamo

Abstract

Bergamo cuenta con una población migrante del 16,8% (Comune di Bergamo, 2019a), concentrando en algunos barrios del sur de la ciudad más del 30% total de la ciudadanía (Comune di Bergamo, 2021b). Este estudio presenta una visión pormenorizada de las barreras que afrontan las personas migrantes en materia habitacional, con el objetivo general de explorar los criterios de regulación del acceso a la vivienda para las personas migrantes a partir de sus necesidades específicas, teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones a nivel normativo, la oferta de vivienda pública y social, así como los criterios de accesibilidad de la vivienda privada, la percepción de las personas migrantes en cuanto a la búsqueda de vivienda y las zonas de la ciudad con más afluencia del colectivo. A través de un estudio descriptivo de bibliografía especializada como principal método de análisis, el trabajo ha obtenido resultados en estudios sobre la normativa italiana en cuanto al acceso a vivienda del colectivo, así como la evolución del mercado de la vivienda y las barreras identificadas para personas migrantes. Con los resultados alcanzados, se pretende obtener una visión pormenorizada de la problemática de la ciudad e identificar puntos clave para iniciar acciones que mejoren su situación habitacional.
