Abstract

Smart Global Manufacturing tiene como finalidad el uso de la tecnología web, en la gestión de la eficiencia en procesos productivos, ofreciendo al usuario información basada en el cálculo del OEE (Overall Equipement Effectiveness). Se trata de un indicador muy extendido a la hora de conocer el rendimiento en tiempo real de líneas productivas y poder medir el resultado de posibles impactos de las mejoras aplicadas. Se establece una metodología de desarrollo de aplicaciones, basada en diversas tecnologías web, que facilita tanto el desarrollo como el mantenimiento y la escalabilidad de la plataforma. El uso de del protocolo de comunicación MQTT para recolectar los datos de producción, posibilita el poder integrar dispositivos propios de las tecnologías aplicadas en la industria como pueden ser PLCs u otros controladores que, en los últimos años se han adaptado a los protocolos propios de la tecnología M2M (Machine to machine) de uso extendido tras la aparición del concepto. Finalmente hemos obtenido una aplicación mínima viable que permite validar la plataforma como una herramienta funcional y escalable a diferentes realidades, pudiendo dar respuesta a corporaciones con plantas productivas alrededor del mundo y a su vez adaptarse en costes a las necesidades de empresas locales.

Smart Global Manufacturing té com a finalitat l'ús de la tecnologia web, en la gestió de l'eficiència en processos productius, oferint a l'usuari informació basada en el càlcul de l'OEE (Overall Equipement Effectiveness). Es tracta d'un indicador molt estès a l'hora de conèixer el rendiment en temps real de línies productives i poder mesurar el resultat de possibles impactes de les millores aplicades. S'estableix una metodologia de desenvolupament d'aplicacions, basada en diverses tecnologies web, que facilita tant el desenvolupament com el manteniment i l'escalabilitat de la plataforma. L'ús de del protocol de comunicació MQTT per a recol·lectar les dades de producció, possibilita el fet de poder integrar dispositius propis de les tecnologies aplicades en la indústria com poden ser PLCs o altres controladors que, en els últims anys s'han adaptat als protocols propis de la tecnologia M2M (Machine to machine) d'ús estès després de l'aparició del concepte. Finalment, hem obtingut una aplicació mínima viable que permet validar la plataforma com una eina funcional i escalable a diferents realitats, podent donar resposta a corporacions amb plantes productives al voltant del món i al seu torn adaptar-se en costos a les necessitats d'empreses locals.

Smart Global Manufacturing's purpose is the use of web technology, in the management of efficiency in production processes, offering the user information based on the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation. This is a very widespread indicator when it comes to knowing the real-time performance of production lines and being able to measure the result of possible impacts of the improvements applied. An application development methodology is established, based on various web technologies, which facilitates both the development and maintenance and scalability of the platform. The use of the MQTT communication protocol to collect production data makes it possible to integrate devices typical of the technologies applied in the industry, such as PLCs or other controllers that, in recent years, have adapted to the protocols of the concept M2M (Machine to machine) widely used after the appearance of the Industry 4.0 concept Finally, we have obtained a minimum viable application that allows us to validate the platform as a functional and scalable tool to different realities, being able to respond to corporations with production plants around the world and, in turn, adapt costs to the needs of local companies.
