Abstract

El presente trabajo de final de grado profesionalizador se basa en el rediseño de la identidad corporativa y guía de estilo de Terrazza Ravello, un restaurante italiano fundado en 2018 y ubicado en la Barceloneta (Barcelona). El principal problema y reto del restaurante es que, dada su estratégica ubicación turística, su modelo de negocio ha hecho que, durante años, no tuvieran en cuenta al público local. Teniendo en cuenta lo expuesto, el proyecto consiste en: • Rediseñar el logotipo del restaurante teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos del análisis interno y del benchmarking. Estos análisis permiten tener una visión clara y real de los problemas a los que hacer frente así como los puntos fuertes que se deben visibilizar mejor. • Creación de una nueva identidad de marca donde se reflejen las características y los valores del restaurante. • Creación de un manual de identidad donde se incluyan todos los elementos que configuran la marca. • Realización de prototipos del sitio web/móvil para que en un futuro se puedan llevar a cabo.

El present treball de final de grau profesionalizador es basa en el redissenyo de la identitat corporativa i guia d'estil de Terrazza Ravello, un restaurant italià fundat en 2018 i situat a la Barceloneta (Barcelona). El principal problema i repte del restaurant és que, donada la seva estratègica ubicació turística, el seu model de negoci ha fet que, durant anys, no tinguessin en compte al públic local. Tenint en compte l'exposat, el projecte consisteix en: • Redissenyar el logotip del restaurant tenint en compte els resultats obtinguts de l'anàlisi interna i del benchmarking. Aquestes anàlisis permeten tenir una visió clara i real dels problemes als quals fer front així com els punts forts que s'han de visibilitzar millor. • Creació d'una nova identitat de marca on es reflecteixin les característiques i els valors del restaurant. • Creació d'un manual d'identitat on s'incloguin tots els elements que configuren la marca. • Realització de prototips del lloc web/mòbil perquè en un futur es puguin dur a terme.

This professional degree final project is based on the redesign of the corporate identity and style guide of Terrazza Ravello, an Italian restaurant founded in 2018 and located in Barceloneta (Barcelona). The main problem and challenge of the restaurant is that, given its strategic tourist location, its business model has meant that, for years, they did not take into account the local public. Taking into account the above, the project consists of: - Redesigning the restaurant's logo taking into account the results obtained from the internal analysis and benchmarking. These analyses allow us to have a clear and real vision of the problems to be faced as well as the strong points that should be better visualized. - Creation of a new brand identity reflecting the characteristics and values of the restaurant. - Creation of an identity manual where all the elements that make up the brand are included. - Creation of prototypes of the website/mobile so that they can be implemented in the future.
