Abstract

Nos encontramos en una posición mundial en la cual debemos de cuidar de nuestro planeta, para que podamos seguir en él durante muchos más años. Es por ello, ahora más que nunca, que debemos de tratar el ahorro energético y la eficiencia energética, pues son fundamentales para el cuidado del medio ambiente. En el presente trabajo, se propone un sistema de gestión de un edificio de oficinas, enfocado en el control de los sistemas de iluminación, climatización y cerramientos, gracias a dispositivos y aplicaciones domóticas. Con dicha gestión se pretende evaluar, controlar y optimizar su consumo, llegando de esta manera a poder mejorar la eficiencia energética y su impacto en el medio ambiente, que además se repercute con la obtención de un mayor ahorro económico. Además, también servirá para obtener unas mejores calidades para las personas que trabajan en el edificio, pues siempre dispondrán de la iluminación y temperatura más adecuada en cada momento del día.

Ens trobem en una posició mundial en la qual hem de cuidar del nostre planeta, perquè puguem seguir en ell durant molts més anys. És per això, ara més que mai, que hem de tractar l'estalvi energètic i l'eficiència energètica, perquè són fonamentals per a la cura del medi ambient. En el present treball, es proposa un sistema de gestió d'un edifici d'oficines, enfocat en el control dels sistemes d'il·luminació, climatització i tancaments, gràcies a dispositius i aplicacions domòtiques. Amb aquesta gestió es pretén avaluar, controlar i optimitzar el seu consum, arribant d'aquesta manera a poder millorar l'eficiència energètica i el seu impacte en el medi ambient, que a més es repercuteix amb l'obtenció d'un major estalvi econòmic. A més, també servirà per a obtenir unes millors qualitats per a les persones que treballen en l'edifici, perquè sempre disposaran de la il·luminació i temperatura més adequada a cada moment del dia.

We are in a global position in which we must take care of our planet, so that we can continue on it for many more years. That is why, now more than ever, that we must address energy saving and energy efficiency, as they are essential for caring for the environment. In the present work, a management system for an office building is proposed, focused on the control of lighting, air conditioning and enclosures, thanks to home automation devices and applications. With this management it is intended to evaluate, control and optimize its consumption, thus reaching to be able to improve energy efficiency and its impact on the environment, which also has an impact on obtaining greater economic savings. In addition, it will also serve to obtain better qualities for the people who work in the building, since they will always have the most suitable lighting and temperature at all times of the day.
