Ewaluacja splotowa InfoKultury. Skala dwuważonych ocen

Abstract

The author presents the theory and practice of Splice Evaluation as a model of methodology of estimation of features or phenomena using scaled tools. The author describes innovative strategies, methods and techniques of research by means of the Two-weighted Ratings Scale, constructed on the criterion of conclusiveness of indicators. New statistical measures are given, which serve among other things, the determination of dynamics and effectiveness of processes. The author explains implementation, verification and normalisation of InfoCult Questionnaire with an instruction on how to create one's own tool. A collection of the author's own definitions is presented, connected with evaluation.

Podaje nowe miary statystyczne, służące m.in. do określania dynamiki i efektywności procesów. Objaśnia implementację, weryfikację i normalizację Kwestionariusza Kultury Informatycznej z instrukcją, jak utworzyć własne narzędzie. Przedstawia zbiór autorskich definicji związanych z ewaluacją.
