Agresja elektroniczna i cyberbullying jako nowe ryzykowne zachowania młodzieży

Abstract

Książka stanowi pogłębioną naukową monografię problemu agresji realizowanej przez młodzież za pomocą nowych mediów (internetu i telefonów komórkowych). Zawiera wprowadzenie teoretyczne dotyczące nowych mediów, funkcjonowania młodych ludzi w ich świecie oraz aspektów związanych z tzw. komunikacją zapośredniczoną i wpływu nowych mediów na dzieci i młodzież. Czytelnik dowie się z książki nie tylko o rozpowszechnieniu zjawiska, ale także o jego uwarunkowaniach i konsekwencjach. Autor monografii przedstawił szerokie omówienie problematyki bullyingu, cyberbullyingu wraz z charakterystyką roli sprawcy i ofiary, typologii zjawisk i ich współwystępowania. Część badawcza opiera się o trzy duże projekty badawcze – reprezentatywne badania polskich gimnazjalistów, badania nauczycieli oraz studentów, w których zostały wykorzystane metody badawcze zarówno o charakterze jakościowym (wywiady, wywiady online, grupy fokusowe), jak i ilościowym (badania kwestionariuszowe). Książkę kończą wnioski dotyczące wychowania młodych ludzi w świecie nowych mediów, w szczególności w obszarze profilaktyki i interwencji związanej z agresją elektroniczną.
