In documet members o the International Association "Memorial" gave the analysis of internal and external situation of Russia, and especially its relations with the neighbors, in this with Poland. Historical memory decidedly differs the Russian and Polish societies. Today nobody can't see the possibility of dialogue between the both societies. In spite of then "Memorial" proposes the way of dialogue.

W dokumencie członkowie stowarzyszenia „Memoriał” poddają analizie sytuacje wewnętrzną i międzynarodowa Rosji, a zwłaszcza jej stosunki z sąsiadami, w tym z Polską. Pamięć historyczna zdecydowanie różni społeczeństwo rosyjskie i polskie. Dzisiaj nikt nie widzi możliwości dialogu między oboma społeczeństwami. Mimo tego „Memoriał” proponuje drogę dialogu.
