Bibliotekarz. Stereotyp czy wizerunek?

Abstract

The image of librarian in the cinema and literature is diverse but - in general - stereotypical. Librarians are perceived as old-fashioned, boring, harsh and colourless persons. In order to change it, a consistent campaign should be conducted to promote their positive image. It must be proved that librarians are necessary for creating the information society.
