
Small cell lung carcinoma represents less than twenty five percent of all lung cancers. Nevertheless, a lot of studies permitted to better define this cancer and to propose specific therapeutic approaches. Clinical symptoms, results and roles of chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery are discussed in this review.
