En este tema de tanta importancia a nivel constitucional sólo vale preguntarse: ¿pacto contractual o la maternidad? ¿Cuál de los dos debe prevalecer? Esa ha sido la discusión que se ha presentado en la practica y ha sido tema de discusión en las altas cortes.
