Abstract

Las dermatofitosis son enfermedades comunes en la piel. Generalmente poco importantes pero que, en algunos casos, son resistentes al tratamiento o son muy recidivantes. Las infecciones agudas por dermatófitos en los humanos se caracterizan por reacción tisular notoria, alta incidencia de reacciones intradérmicas a los antígenos de hongos homólogos y respuesta favorable a la terapia.
