Abstract

En el campo del deporte y del entrenamiento deportivo, un terreno particularmente multidisciplinar, pocos\ntrabajos se han hecho hasta el momento desde la óptica de los sistemas complejos. Tampoco el mundo de\nla medicina ha asumido de forma sólida esta forma de entender el mundo. La tradicional visión del deporte\ny de las ciencias que lo alimentan es simple y siempre realizada desde un punto de vista lineal del mundo.\nUn fenómeno es lineal si la respuesta es proporcional al estímulo. Tratamos en este trabajo de plantear\nnuestro entorno desde el principio de la no-linealidad, del comportamiento caótico y de la interconexión\nde los procesos y los sucesos. Entendemos que esto nos ayudará a mejorar la idea que tradicionalmente nos\ndetermina la estructura del deporte y su propia lógica interna

In the sports and the sports training fields, an especially multidisciplinary area, only a few works have been\nmade so far from a complex systems standpoint. Neither has the medical world solidly attained this way of\nunderstanding the world. The traditional view of sports and the sciences that nurture it, is simple and\nalways performed from a lineal standpoint. A phenomenon is only considered lineal if the response is\nproportional to the stimulus. In this paper, we try to outline our environment from the non-linearity\nprinciple, the chaotic behavior, and the interconnection of processes and events. We understand this might\nhelp improve the idea that has traditionally determined the structure of sports and its own internal logic.
