¿ Es Arrecife amigable con la accesibilidad?

Abstract

With economic development and widespread urbanization, the percentage of the world's population living in cities is increasing. How the city in which we live influences our quality of life. Therefore, it is the responsibility of society as a whole, and especially of the public authorities, to modify the environment so that it can be used under equal conditions by each and every one of the citizens, especially those who suffer from a disability. In the present work we will focus on analysing the situation of the capital of the island of Lanzarote, Arrecife, from the point of view of accessibility, thus check- ing whether it is currently equipped with urban infrastructures that allow and facilitate tourism for people with some kind of disability.
