Abstract

El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es el de llevar a cabo una investigación con el fin de conocer, medir, evaluar y comparar algunos aspectos sobre las condiciones psicosociales del puesto de trabajo, el compromiso organizacional, el engagement (Psicología Organizacional Positiva), y el comportamiento asociado a los mismos, respecto al personal sanitario que forma parte de dos servicios diferentes dentro del Complejo Hospitalario Universitario Insular de Gran Canaria, específicamente de aquellos/as pertenecientes, tanto al servicio de Despertar / Reanimación como al de Onco-Hematología, y de esta manera, y a tenor de los resultados obtenidos, si fuera necesario, proponer futuras medidas/líneas de actuación.

The objective of this Final Degree Project is to carry out a research in order to know, measure, evaluate and compare some aspects of the psychosocial conditions of the job, organizational commitment, engagement (Positive Organizational Psychology), and the behavior associated with them, in relation to the health personnel who are part of two different services within the Insular University Hospital Complex of Gran Canaria, specifically those belonging to both the Awakening / Resuscitation service and the Onco-Hematology service, and in this way, and based on the results obtained, if necessary, propose future measures / lines of action.
