Flexiseguridad, to support the working places, modifying conditions of work. The Flexiseguridad will be analyzed both in the legal Spanish frame and in the European. In this point, will be observed the advantages and disadvantages that the labor reform has had in the flexiseguridad of the work. On the other hand, there will be detailed the aspects of the flexiseguridad regulated in the Law 3/2012, of July 6, of urgent measures for the reform of the labor market and they will analyze the measures to favor the internal flexibility of the position of the work in the companies. Inside this we will visualize the conservation of the work after the substantial modifications in the conditions of work. All this analysis is based by means of the in force regularization. Finally, one presents a statistical study of the flexiseguridad in the working places and one presents a report of evaluation of the impact of the labor reform.

Flexiseguridad, mantener los puestos de trabajo, modificando condiciones de trabajo. Se analizará la Flexiseguridad tanto en el marco legal español como en el europeo. En este punto, se observarán las ventajas y desventajas que ha tenido la reforma laboral en la flexiseguridad del trabajo. Por otro lado, se detallarán los aspectos de la flexiseguridad regulada en la Ley 3/2012, de 6 julio, de medidas urgentes para la reforma del mercado laboral y se analizarán las medidas para favorecer la flexibilidad interna del puesto del trabajo en las empresas. Dentro de esto visualizaremos la conservación del trabajo después de las modificaciones sustanciales en las condiciones de trabajo. Todo este análisis está fundamentado mediante la regularización vigente. Por último, se presenta un estudio estadístico de la flexiseguridad en los puestos de trabajo y se presenta un informe de evaluación del impacto de la reforma laboral.
