"Gracilaria cornea" como biofiltro en sistemas de policultivo integrado

Abstract

El objetivo fundamental de este trabajo es estudiar la adaptabilidad de Gracilaria cornea al cultivo en tanques con aguas ricas en N-amonio, con el fin de estimar la posibilidad de usar esta especie como biofiitro para efluentes de aguas de piscifactorias. Más especificamente se tratará de: - Encontrar los parámetros de cultivo adecuados para su óptimo desarrollo, como son densidad de cultivo o tasa de recambio de agua. - Deteminar su eficacia en la eliminación de amonio del medio y estudiar como varía ésta en función de los parámetros anteriores. - Estudiar el comportamiento de los cuitivos bajo diferentes condiciones ambientales, concretamente cuando crecen sometidos a diferentes intensidades lumínicas. - Analizar la influencia de cualquier otro factor ya sea fisico químico o biológico, implicado en el desarrolo de los cultivos (modelo de tanque, presencia de epífitos ...) - Ensayar la técnicas de medición de la fluorescencia emitida por la CloHia a como un posible método para conocer de un modo rápido el estado fisiológico de las algas en los cultivos.
