Estudio comparativo de métodos de clasificación de sujetos en los que se han medido series temporales

Abstract

En este trabajo hacemos un estudio comparativo de métodos de clasificación de sujetos, usualmente sanos y enfermos, o casos y controles, en cada uno de los cuales se ha medido una serie temporal (por ejemplo, un electrocardiograma), pudiendo dicha serie estar replicada (varias medidas sobre el mismo sujeto). Hemos realizado el estudio utilizando los métodos logitboost (1996), GamBoost (2006), CART (1984), y el presentado por Vilar y Pértega (2004), valorando la e ciencia de cada método. Para ello hemos simulado la obtención de muestras de distinto tama~no generadas por series MA(2), en las que se han considerado ruidos con distribuciones gaussiana, biexponencial, lognormal y gamma. Por último se introduce alguna componente discreta a la serie para evaluar su inuencia en la e ciencia de cada método, variando la frecuencia y amplitud de dicha componente.
