Abstract

Los programas para mejorar la calidad del medio ambiente de las cidades proporcionan beneficios al conjunto de la población. Estos programas afectan a bienes públicos cuya valoración requiere de la utilización de técnicas específicas de no-mercado. en este trabajo se utilizan las técnicas de preferencias dexlaradas para valorar un programa para la generación de un espacio de ocio ambiental que serviría para el uso y disfrute de los ciudadanos. Se comparan las técnicas de elección entre alternativas con las técnicas de elección binaria o dicotómicas, que se aplican en un conjunto de actuaciones que varían en cuanto a sus características.
