Abstract

El proyecto urbano de el parque El Arsenal se enfoca en construir un gran espacio verde que vincula el puerto con la ciudad mediante un enfoque (resolvente), en el que es necesario entender el procedimiento llevado a cabo en la propuesta, mediante una serie de aspectos claves: límite-borde y nodos. El proyecto del museo naval, construye la reubicación de un componente histórico dentro de la infraestructura de el arsenal, mediante la rehabilitación de una de las naves existentes. Consta de tres plantas expositivas vinculadas siempre al espacio libre.
