Variaciones en el contenido de nutrientes en hojas de pepino (Cucumis sativus L.) cultivado en hidroponía

Abstract

Se determinan los contenidos foliares de macro y micronutrientes en hojas de pepinos cultivados en hidroponía. Las muestas se tomaron a los 20, 40, 60, 80 y 100 días de cultivo, con el fin de seguir la evolución de los nutrientes en las hojas. Encontramos un máximo de contenido de N a los 40 días de cultivo, y, en todos los casos, valores superiores a los presentados por la bibliografía como normales. El P y el Mg presentan valores bastante constantes durante todo el cultivo. El K muestra tendencias a disminuir durante el cultivo y el Ca a aumentar, presentando valores más bajos que los señalados por la bibliografía. Los valores encontrados para Fe y Cu son normales, y los encontrados para el Zn presentan una gran variabilidad.
