Juegos no cooperativos con información incompleta: una aplicación al despido laboral

Abstract

En este trabajo se propone un modelo teórico, desarrollado en el ámbito de la teoría de juegos con información incompleta, para el caso particular de disputa legal originada por un despido laboral. El objetivo principal es contribuir a la mejora de la eficiencia del sistema judicial a través del estudio del comportamiento estratégico de dos agentes fundamentales dentro del sistema: demandantes y demandados. Para determinar las soluciones del modelo se utiliza el concepto de equilibrio bayesiano, y con el fin de obtener unicidad se aplica el concepto de equilibrio bayesiano perfecto, garantizando así la toma de decisiones óptimas desde cada conjunto de información.
