Abstract

La aprobación de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual de 11 de noviembre de 1987 viene a suponer la introducción en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico de una moderna regulación de las prerrogativas que corresponden a los creadores intelectuales. Este trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio de una de las prerrogativas integrantes del denominado derecho moral del autor, cuál es el derecho del autor a decidir la divulgación de su obra, facultad reconocida por vez primera en nuestro derecho.
