Adecuación del método IRGA para la determinación de la respiración en aguas costeras

Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta un método que mide directamente la utilización de CO2, obteniendo así tasas respiratorias en unidades de carbono, eludiendo el tener quetransformar unidades mediante la utilización de cocientes respiratorios, y obteniendo unaseñal directa de la variación de CO2, evitando así los errores potenciales. Los objetivos buscados en el presente trabajo eran los siguientes: la obtención de unsistema que proporcionara unas medidas estables, y la validación de este sistema elegidocon muestras de agua de mar naturales.
