Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las estrategias discursivas que utiliza una docente chilena de educación secundaria para mantener un clima de aula favorable durante las clases online. Desde el análisis del discurso, se analizaron tres clases de Historia en las que participaron 72 estudiantes de primer, segundo y tercer año de enseñanza media. Para ello, se identificaron los episodios interactivos y se seleccionaron aquellos en los se buscó la creación de un clima de aula afectivo y emocionalmente positivo.
This research aims to analyze the discourse strategies employed by a Chilean high school teacher to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere during online classes. Through discourse analysis, three History classes were examined, involving 72 students from first, second, and third year of secondary education. To achieve this, interactive episodes were identified, focusing on the creation of an emotionally positive classroom environment.
