Abstract

El tema central de la presente tesis doctoral es el estudio de la incidencia de la eficiencia judicial en las decisiones financieras de las empresas, el cual se inserta en una línea de investigación interdisciplinar en la medida en que combina los aspectos legales y judiciales con la economía y las finanzas. De esta línea, denominada law and finance, surgen las familias legales muy conocidas en la literatura financiera (civil lawversuscommon law), así como los índices de protección de los derechos de los inversores en general, y de los acreedores en particular, ambos basados en el contenido de la legislación de los distintos países.
