Composición química de las aguas envasadas (minerales naturales y minero-medicinales) de la España peninsular

Abstract

El trabajo presenta una recopilación de 189 análisis qUlmlcos (sólo especies mayoritarias) de aguas envasadas distribuidas por todo el territorio de la España peninsular, la mayoría de las cuales tienen la calificación de minero-medicinales y/o minerales naturales. Seleccionando 76 análisis, cada uno de una marca distinta, se compara la distribución de iones con los valores para aguas continentales potables dados por Davis y De Wiest (1966, pp.142). El resultado es que las aguas envasadas no difieren sustancialmente de la composición química de las aguas continentales: resultan ser un poco más salinas, predomina la facies bicarbonatada cálcica y parece que los procesos geoquímicos que controlan la salinidad son los misp10s que para las aguas continentales, salvo para un pequeño porcentaje (menor del 15 %) de agu~s de alta salinidad.
